REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for every cancellation. For bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may forfeit your paid deposit.
Note: Please be advised that refunds will be made into your Indonesian bank account and we will require your passport or other official ID as proof of identity.
If you wish to have the refund to be made into your international bank account; bank transfer charges will be applied and deducted from your deposited amount (Since it’s a manual process it might also take up to 7-10 working days as per bank terms).
Please note that NO CASH refund will be made in case of cancellations.
